Our history

MALO CLINIC was founded in 1995 and since then we have been recognized worldwide for our expertise and innovation in the field of Dental Medicine and Aesthetics. We have an internationally recognized multidisciplinary clinical team made up of highly qualified dentists and hygienists with more than two decades of knowledge and investigation in Dental Medicine, whose experience enables us to solve the most complex cases.


We have raised the quality and recognition of dentistry in Portugal, especially in the area of implantology, through the development of innovative surgical techniques such as the All-on-4® or implants such as the zygomatic implant and NobelSpeedy®, as well as the MALO CLINIC Bridge fixed prosthesis. Our commitment to continuous development and investigation has led to the achievement of yet another innovation - the All-on-4® Digital Workflow - which allows fixed teeth to be placed in just 3 hours, something unique and exclusive on the Portuguese dental scene.

In this ongoing quest for excellence, we are leading visionary projects, among which the All-on-4® Digital Workflow stands out. This pioneering initiative exploits the full potential of technology to optimize the total time of our patients' oral rehabilitation process.


With our new process, we have managed to drastically reduce the time taken for total fixed rehabilitation surgeries using the All-on-4® technique. What used to require around 8 hours of intervention can now be done in just 3 hours.
