Steps of the Dental Evaluation Consultation
Check-in MALO CLINIC
After scheduling your Dental Assessment Appointment, please proceed to the reception, where you will be greeted by our team to check-in. The appointment can be made directly at one of our clinics, through our telephone lines, or on our website.
Patient Manager
One of our Patient Managers will help you fill in your personal details and a health questionnaire, ensuring that the dentist will have all the necessary information available for their assessment.
Reception and Waiting
While waiting for your diagnostic appointment, you can relax in our cozy waiting areas, equipped with television, WiFi, and a selection of newspapers and magazines. You are free to move around the space, and when it is time for your appointment, you will be notified through the device given to you at check-in.
Imaging Services
The consultation includes a panoramic X-ray, carried out in the imaging service, which allows the dentist to assess your oral health. Whenever necessary, additional imaging tests may be requested.
Dental Assessment Consultation
In this consultation, the dentist evaluates your oral and general health, clarifies any doubts, and sets objectives. Through images and a 3D scan of the mouth, a precise assessment of your case is made, allowing for a visualization of the condition of the teeth and an approximate simulation of the final result.
